Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Registration substitutions for the conference are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the event. Please forward your substitution request to fplelectronictrading@jandj.com. No refunds for cancellations will be issued after October 9, 2008.

All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Please forward all cancellation requests, prior to the cut-off date, to fplelectronictrading@jandj.com.

Note: The organizers are not responsible for any loss (such as airfare penalties, accommodations, transportation) that may be incurred due to the cancellation of the program.
