Our exhibit hall has consistently sold out each year, and we expect that this year will be no different. As an exhibitor you will be able to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise in electronic trading while you market your business and technology solutions to our targeted audience of 400 of the industry's chief decision makers. Exhibitors Receive
- 4 feet deep x 10 feet wide Exhibit space that includes a table and two chairs - tabletop or pop-up booths can be accommodated
- Company logo and 200 word description included in the conference Exhibit Guide that each delegate receives
- Your company will be listed as an exhibitor in advertisements with at least six of the leading industry publications.
- Your company logo will be listed as an exhibitor on the FPL conference website with a link to your company website
- Your company will be listed in all marketing materials including: email marketing flyers to a targeted audience of over 10,000 and two printed mailers to targeted audience of over 5000
- Complete mailing lists of all conference attendees in electronic format will be sent to you 3 weeks prior to the conference
- Complete mailing lists of final attendees in electronic format will be sent to you 2 weeks after the conference
- One complimentary full conference pass
- Two complimentary booth personnel badges for representatives from your firm to staff and manage your exhibit space and represent your firm at the enjoyable cocktail party overlooking Times Square
Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall is open to delegates November 19th from 7AM – 5PM and on November 20th from 7AM – 4PM. Exhibit Space Assignment
Exhibitors get to choose their booth location. That said, exhibit space is reserved on a first come basis. Once a reservation is made an Exhibitor Contract will be sent out to the company and a signed copy of the contract must be received within 48 hours to retain that space. Payment for the booth is due net 30 days from the date of the invoice. Exhibitor Fees
