Sponsorships Include

• Your company logo will be included in all marketing materials, this includes: email marketing flyers to a targeted audience of over 5000, printed mailer to a targeted audience of over 6500, printed advertisements in leading industry publications and the final program guide that all attendees receive.

• Logo on signage at the sponsored function – signs are 24” wide x 36” tall

• Recognition from podium with identification of sponsored event

• Sponsoring firm's promotional material will be included in each conference attendee's registration packet. If you are sponsoring a lunch we are able to drop you marketing materials on the seat of each delegate as well.

• Complimentary tabletop display in a high traffic location during the sponsored event (breakfast, lunch, morning/afternoon breaks) to display literature and marketing materials

• Your company will be listed as sponsor on the FPL conference website with a link to your company website

• Company logo, 200 word description and contacts details included will be included the conference final program which each delegate receives

• Complete mailing lists of all conference attendees in electronic format will be sent to you 3 weeks prior to the conference

• Complete mailing lists of final attendees in electronic format will be sent to you 2 weeks after the conference

• Complimentary full conference pass

• If you are sponsoring the day one lunch, a representative from your firm will have the opportunity to address the delegates and introduce the lunch speaker.
